I purchased my porcelain tile from this company about 30 days ago and the staff was very helpful. I was explained everything in detail about the different types of stone or tile to use. When it came time to install the people they sent arrived on time and I was very happy with the finished floor.
Protect yourself and avoid this contractor. This contractor is, unequivocally, the least professional contractor I've ever had the misfortune to use. Although they came recommended by a friend, the quality of the work is shoddy, and the owner, Michael, is rude, arrogant and swore at me over the phone (dropping the F bomb), when I voiced my concern that the tile was put in unevenly, and the pocket door no longer slides (screwed through the wall, into the door!?)
