Dr. Tavé was the only clinician who was able to actually pinpoint the source of my long-standing hamstring pain. After working with her, the improvement was immediate and substantial - I was finally able to get back to normal activity. The follow-up exercises she recommended were just as impactful and seem to have addressed the underlying issue, not just the symptoms. I’m genuinely impressed with both her insight and results. Highly recommend.
I’ve been seeing Jen for over a year and have felt such a difference in my lower back pain and rowing performance with her work. Her recommendations for activations, supplements and treatment I can do at home to help relieve stress in my back have been really instrumental in keeping me pain free and able to perform and train at such a high level. Beyond that, I love catching up with her biweekly and learning more about the body holistically from her! Could not recommend her enough!!

Her knowledge is exceptional, and she has a unique gift for noticing small details and connecting things that didn’t seem related until she explains them. I cannot recommend Dr. Jennifer enough. She took incredible care of my husband when he was dealing with a painful pinched nerve in his neck that was radiating down his arm. She is not only extremely skilled and knowledgeable, but also warm, patient, and reassuring. She explained every step of the process so clearly that we always felt informed and comfortable.
