Never followed their end of the contract. Wanted to come and go on their schedule..received a schedule from their office and not once did they follow it. I am pregnant and was told it would not be a problem to halt the service for several of months and the office acted like they never knew about it when I CALLED THEM EVERY MONTH about it. Absolutely horrible company! Never was on the schedule given. Makes their own decision about when they want to do service even though there is a schedule in place and over half the time doesn't show up on scheduled day nor call the client to let them know what is going on. If you don't call them they take it upon themselves to send someone out when your not home them charge you and expect you to either schedule another day of your time to do inside OR not get your full services worth and STILL expected to pay them. Sometimes they show, sometimes they don't. I paid them up-front and in-full for a 12-month service contract. We agreed on a scheduled time for them to be here each month. I had to chase them every month for them to keep their appointment. If I didn't call for them, they didn't show up. Who needs that?
