TERRIBLE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER SHOWED UP, I GUESS THEY DO NOT NEED THE MONEY. One idiot showed up, wasted our time just to find out he is not authorized to give a bid quote.........
..where to start? Take a deep breath and here goes! The whole situation has progressively gone from bad to worse! They came out and treated the house for ants before tenting for termites. Literally a few days after tenting, the ants were back with a vengeance, all over the house as if nothing had changed! I called, they came out and retreated for ants! Unbelievable price, I did a lot of price checking and they beat everyone. No tent termite service has worked great. Very happy with service!!
I live on 2 acres, I was having a rodent problem. Just termites came out with two technicians and got the job done. Very satisfied with service. I use them now bi-monthly for any possible pest problems.
