When I first visited this salon with a Groupon I was with Julia, who now no longer works here. She had no clue what she was doing and completely destroyed my hair. She didn't even completely rinse the bleach from my hair which bleached my pillow and chemically burned my scalp the next day. Worse salon experience ever! I too was a victim of Julia and probably the reason she got fired after my ordeal. I wish I could attach images because it is truly my worse color and cut I’ve ever seen in my fifty years! My hair was down to my waist and now is ruined!! Not only did she fry my hair, she burnt me TWICE with hot water. There is NO excuse for that in my opinion. She told me it was hard for her to tell with her glove on, whatever! so the customer service is terrible, most of their clients were coming in from groupon but I don't believe they plan on making anyone who comes in as a returning customer, Vanessa totally fried my hair, she had no knowledge of the process or products. I left with my hair worst than when I walked in. I had bought a $50 groupon for my services she then added an extra $20 on top of the $30 dollars she had told me would be extra. the groupon was also for a deep conditioning and I got nothing of the sort. left some product in my ... read more
Took my wife there and she was just teased "pun intended". Sadly, her appointment was with the owner "that happened to have a blue emo hair on that day". The owner acknowledged my wife more than 30 minutes after the appointment time and she didn't have the best experience with her. My wife: "never again!"
