Al installed my heater a few years ago and the whole experience was great, but what impressed me most is that he helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone this Saturday and Sunday, calming walking me through an issue that in the end was unrelated to the heater. He's a great guy who clearly goes the extra mile!

I got Al’s contact as a strong recommendation from a neighbor. Our tankless water heater is ten years old.
