he pulled my daughters teeth. he was supposed to give her a bridge but instead left her with no bottom teeth!!!
I was told my dentures would be ready in 6-8 weeks and called on 7th wk to see if ready. I was told to wait the 8wks and upon doing so, I called daily only to get recording to leave message. I've had No Response for 30 days. Today I drove 35 mi to find Bankruptcy notice on door. My dentures should have been ready before Dr Mcgruder filed but I can't get response. I waited 6 months approximately for nothing. Not to mention the cost of fuel.

They could tell their patients the truth and not lie to them just to get them in the door to take their money. Gardnerville office is horrible and Reno is no better at solving problems created by their dental practice. It is a practice and should be looked at as just that. A practice. Dr. MCGruder is amazing. Pulled all my wisdom teeth, deep cleaned all my teeth in one day and now all I need it a filling and my teeth are perfect. No time for braces not time for a retainer! That man is amazing everyone should visit him. He has a great sense of humor. He will tell you the best plan and prices you can get and afford. If it’s to much for you he will make sure you have a plan to pay monthly and it’s not expensive. he will also make sure you’re taken care of. Best dentist I’ve been to in a long time.
