On Saturday 4/23/2016 at 1pm my wife and I called Just Pizza on Transit to order pizza and wings for my sons birthday party on Sunday. The man on the phone said he was to busy that it was lunch, to call back. Really, to busy to take my order. OK then I was upset but ok. I didn't let this piss me off to much. Then we called back later that day and the next guy told us they do not deliver to the YMCA on Tech Dr. right off of Main Street. That is 3 miles away. SO needless to say, we ordered from LaPorta's which is 4 miles away.... read more

We like the pizza, but their phone skills seriously need work. I get that they are rushed at times, but this happens every time we call. I get through the order, they take my card info, tell me how long it will be, but don't tell me the total. I've been hung up on mid-sentence when I try to ask. Sure, I am able to guesstimate, but it would be nice to be told at the end of the call when they tell us the wait time.
Never got my delivery, said it would take an hour and a half but then never showed up or called.
