The place on Grand Island can't get an order right
Low key, some of your staff treated a Trans friend of mine with the same facial expressions that you get touching food at the bottom of the sink. Horrible food horrible service especially the one on Elmwood
Food is mediocre at best & the customer service is very poor. Never again.
Seriously need to work on customer service skills. Ending a phone call in a rude tone by saying "yup" and just hanging up... Really not acceptable. Pizza was okay. I wouldn't order here again just because of the customer service.
We LOVE the original Laura's Old Fashion Pizza from Just Pizza , but also like LaPorta's, Sorrentino's & LaNova's Pizza !!!..
RecommendedI go to the just pizza on Niagara Falls Blvd and the owner Mary there is amazing. I asked for a donation for a benefit and she not only donated pizza but 200 dinner plates and 500 napkins. I also use them for my school events and they are wonderful.
