The place on Grand Island can't get an order right
Low key, some of your staff treated a Trans friend of mine with the same facial expressions that you get touching food at the bottom of the sink. Food is mediocre at best & the customer service is very poor. Never again.
Seriously need to work on customer service skills. Ending a phone call in a rude tone by saying "yup" and just hanging up... Really not acceptable. Pizza was okay. I wouldn't order here again just because of the customer service.
We LOVE the original Laura's Old Fashion Pizza from Just Pizza , but also like LaPorta's, Sorrentino's & LaNova's Pizza !!!..
RecommendedI go to the just pizza on Niagara Falls Blvd and the owner Mary there is amazing. I asked for a donation for a benefit and she not only donated pizza but 200 dinner plates and 500 napkins. I also use them for my school events and they are wonderful.
