I had a hedgehog who got really sick right after I got her. She was extremely I'll and just pets helped me with her vet bills because she was too sick to send back and needed help. They were extremely helpful and even check up to see how she is doing. They made a bad situation good and Auraura is healthy and happy now. THANK YOU so much I appreciate your help.
Purchased a light and bulb for my aquarium today, changed my mind and tried to return it unopened less than half an hour later. Was informed store policy was for store credit only.... If you are going to have that policy you may want to think about putting up some signage on the doors saying that. A single line on a sheet taped to the side of a fridge on the counter isn't very visible or obvious. Though it is printed on the receipt. Terrible costumer service today, always a hit or miss if they know what they're talking about....
I have bought for rats a while back and they died in a month's time. Also bought a black bear hamster a month ago was running around its cage last night and now it's dead. The rats and the hamster all died shortly after we got them. I don't know what is going on with Just Pets will never buy another rodent or anything from them again I will go elsewhere
Staff I talked to were very knowledgeable about fish! Best selection of fresh water fish I've seen! Less Dead fish in the tanks than big chain stores. I had a fish I purchased there die, they helped identify that I had ammonia in my tap water = dead fish. They knew what to do to fix it and have had a healthy tank for over 1 year! :)
Bunny ill in back room, mice & rats with respiratory illness symptoms. Dozens of colored mice and many hooded, & Dumbo rats being sold as feeders. Appleton should investigate this place & the breeders it uses!
