Got this adorable little guy a few days ago! Super healthy, active, and even ate and drank right after we got him home! I was so happy to not only support a local, small business but also to be supporting the local breeder! Everything is so well kept and very healthy, and not to mention the prices are way lower than chain pet stores with WAY better quality! I will be forever recommending this place as well as supporting it! Thank you Just Pets employees for all your hard work and dedication to your animals.
I got my rats, ball python, and shrimp here, and the staff is always very welcoming and helpful when I have animal related questions. My snake has some feeding issues and refuses to eat frozen, and whenever I come here to get live food, it's so nice not having to sign paperwork like at other stores. Thank you for the awesome service, everyone!
Friendly and knowledgeable team! Been in salt water for 10 years from 40 gal to 180 gal system and have 10 year old fish. I’m doing something right and I owe it all to the crew at Just Pets. Thanks for all your tips and pointers and having almost everything needed for my saltwater addiction. Thanks for being open during these trying times. Our fish also thank you.
I love Just Pets they have quite a selection in fish. I'm not huge on fish but still cool to look at. I love reptiles. we away get alot of crickets like 12 dozen or more as well as quite a few rats/mice. The staff is awesome and willing to help and give information about reptiles as well as alternatives if they aren't eating right. I definitely give them a 100/10
so i started this whole journey of getting an aquarium 3 weeks ago n wasn't sure on what petsmart had said so i went to just pets and have had nothing but amazing help from i think his name is brady frommy first fish buy to my now third big water change cause apparently I am Terrible at having fish lol but in all seriousness nothing but top notch customer service at this place would reccomended 11/10 times to people
Unfortunately, I keep going back to Just Pets hoping that the customer service would be better. They have some nice selections. I am not a pro fish keeper but don't treat me like I don't know anything. Also, when you are asking customers if they need any help with anything, don't say it while looking directly into your phone. bought some fresh water fish from there. trying something different. great staff. So far fish r holding up. 1 issue. I bought an aquarium heater and no more then 10 mins into placing it in the aquarium it burst and went out. luckily I have a 30 gallon one, but now I have a broken 40 gallon heater.
