They have always, always been knowledgeable, friendly and more than willing to answer any questions for us.
Found them by chance last fall when I had been treating some sick fish from a previous store that infected our 25 year old 18" koi and was floored by how knowledgeable and friendly they were! Even when we went Togo in my son smashed and dislocated is thumb I their door and the staff was so apologetic and asked what they could to make it right! And it wasn't even their fault. I purchased a giant koi Betta and he's easily my favorite fish! He's very healthy, I've had him for 6 months now.
Nice variety of salt and fresh water fish...and that is about it. Poor overpriced selection of reptiles and small animals. Most of the inventory is older models of what bigger chain stores have and in many cases cost more than than newer versions. Store is filthy and not kept up very well with items just all over the place with no real organization. Many items are not even priced, damaged packaging if packaged at all.
