RecommendedNot from the area, popped in in a whim. SO many beautiful fish! And some seriously adorable creatures! I have never seen a “ skinny pig “ outside of viral ones on the internet. They had one available and I instantly fell in love! She was happy there in her home and she’s so far happy in her new home. My family is excited to include her in all of our travels. This shop is worth stopping in for a look!
I go here every monday just for crickets, the staff are always friendly and quick. There have been many times crickets are unavailable (since deliveries typically come tuesday). The staff "dig through" the buckets to find me a few crickets to make it through which is much appreciated, and are very apologetic if they absloutley have none. Best Price on crickets HIGHLY RECCOMEND
Awesome place, with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have bought numerous items including fish and never had any issues. highly recommend this place.

Usually very good place! Helpful and friendly. Today’s experience was less than stellar. The short bald on top guy who “ helped” us get our spice finch didn’t know what the hell he was doing! He couldn’t identify any of the breeds listed on the cage! He greatly upset ALL the birds in the cage! He removed all perches while birds were still on the perches! He let the perches fall to the ground! I told him the specific one I wanted. He couldn’t do that because he began sweeping the cage with a dirty rag (!!!!)further upsetting ... read more

I am very picky about animal care in petstores, and I was very impressed with how the reptiles were taken care of here. They had an appropriate veggie diet for their beardies and everyone looked well taken care of and healthy. Keep it up guys! If I had to say something negative I would reccomend changing your lighting on the leopard geckos. The basking bulbs you have in there are a little strong for them since they technically don't need lighting since they are nocturnal.
Horrible pet shop. 14 day guarantee is ridiculous. My sister paid $300 for a young hedgehog only to have it die a mere month later from liver failure. This is likely because the pet store doesn't know how to properly care for hedgehogs and likely other pets which is a real shame since the team here is so nice. Hedgehogs can get fatty liver disease if fed too much and not provided the opportunity to exercise frequently. Brady was super helpful in helping my boyfriend and me solve an ammonia problem due to the construction going on right now affecting the water! He was patient, thorough, and wrote down exactly what we needed so there was no confusion! We called back twice in one night for clarification and he was equally helpful and patient each time We never felt judgement from him or impatience at all.
