return policy is bullshit! Also watch the fish as last time i was in there i counted several tanks that were infected with ich and fin rot. With the return policy they only give you in store credit even if you have a receipt. also younger girl working in morning is a total bitch. Saw employees kicking animals and there cages are rusted. also there animals are very neglected. For starts learn to smile. Also dont buy feeder fish there as they are high priced. other places i can get 5 for 1.00
Fish are the only creatures not suffering in that horrible store. The staff should be ashamed to have animals in such horrible living conditions. Male and female animals together, several of them, in such small confined spaces. And extremely high temps and humidity levels lead to stressed chinchillas. I brought that up to a worker there and she just shrugged and said ok. Not that she would do anything about it. I went back another time and nothing had been done. I will never support such a disgusting place.
i give them no stars. i bought a guinea pig a month ago from them i didn't know i had to check for lice. i thought pet stores were suppose to check them for lice, fleas and mites before they sold animals. i guess not. i wasn't told i had to check him and see and that i only had 7 days to check it. he is our first pet. so make sure you check your pets before you leave the store. i won't buy another pet from them ever again.
