Update: I finally received a phone call. The person I talked to was extremely nice and took great care of my problem. She had gave not only myself a refund for my appointment but my husband and she had got my certifications sent to be able to recieve my card. I have never had any issues with them before. My husband and used them for 2 years before. I had an appointment and paid $150 or $175 for the appointment and when o spoke with the doctor she told me I was approved and never sent my paper work. soooo easy to use every year for renewals for my card
We have used them over a year ago. By the looks of it, they haven't responded to other people. I have been trying to get a hold of them for the past week. I messaged, text, called, and messaged on FB. My daughter needs her records ASAP and they have not responded back. I'm starting to think they may have closed down. If I could give negative stars, I would. Keep clear from them till they can sort out there issues.
Did my renewal through them two years in a row, but this year according the state they have failed to file my paper work after I paid and went through the consult. Which mistakes happen I totally understand. But after calling multiple times @ different times of the day, leaving voicemails over the past weeks, texts, email, and even reaching out via help chat on website ~ I have not gotten any return communication.
