Just Like Family caregivers Susanne and Shawn helped an elderly friend with dementia for 3 months. Both caregivers were kind and efficient at various tasks from grocery shopping to medical appointments to the odd ice cream parlour visit. Our friend enjoyed time spent with them. The office team of Pascal and Tatiana were also helpful and resourceful and very flexible. We felt our friend was in good hands and that took some of the worry away. Just Like Family provided exceptional care to my father. The caregivers were hard working, caring and professional. The Director of the company kept in close contact with me during a very difficult time while my Dad was in the hospital. He showed compassion and flexibility when I had to change the schedule on him repeatedly. I did my due diligence with researching many companies in Victoria, and found Just Like Family provided the best care at the best price. Heartily recommend them!

I’ve had the most wonderful and positive experience with Just Like Family. I’m in my 80’s and newly on my own. It has been a very dark and scary time for me. The most compassionate and gentle lady named Allie has helped me thru this terrible time. She is the very nicest lady. I cannot say enough good things about this company. And I certainly recommend them to help someone you love.

Pascal did a great job in making sure I received the Care needed after my unexpected accident! He came by the same day to meet me and start getting things organized. The ladies who come in are pleasant, hard working and always make sure I have everything I need before they leave. I am grateful for Sylvia, Veronica, Lastka and Simran. I highly recommend this Company for Home Care.
