Just wanna say thank you so much Just Jean's sales Ladys for assisting me today with my Son when he was lost and felt scared while i was in your changing room. You handle the situation well and im very thankful that it happen in your shop earlier. I didn't have chance to say thank you personally coz I was a bit upset with my self aswell. I hope its not too late but you all deserve 5 star. I appreciate your concern with my Son and it's means a lot to me and my Husband.

I walked into the store not feeling too hopeful about finding the right pair of jeans, but Trish and Sarah completely changed that. Their kindness, patience, and expert eye for style made all the difference. They listened to what I was looking for (even when I wasn’t sure myself) and not only found what I wanted but I walked away with the jeans I never knew I needed! Their outstanding customer service and genuine enthusiasm was an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend enough!
I just ducked into this shop to get a pair of jeans and had amazing customer service by Sophie. I hate shopping so generally go for the same pair of jeans but they didn't have them. But Sophie straight away offered to search other stores and arranged for it to be held at a nearby store without me even asking. Chuck in the warm greeting and interaction, and this was a very positive experience - Sophie should be acknowledged for her service.
