Went to just jeans today 12/10/23 at 8:20pm. Asian Male staff very very rude and unprofessional he was not letting me touch the jeans as he was doing vaccum. They close at 9:00pm and had 40 minutes still remaining for closing time. He is just hopeless.
I love shopping at just jeans pacific werribee, been few times lately as managers have change. I love going into the store when kairyn is working knows my style of clothes, please management please give this lady recognition wonderful service to the company
Visited the Werribee store this week and was so impressed by the level of customer service received from Kariyn. She went above and beyond to help me find a pair of jeans that would suit me. I tried on quite a number of pairs and she was so patient! I walked out without buying anything! I rang the next day and Celeste was super helpful and so informative over the phone.
