Everyone is so nice and welcoming! It is an awesome place to workout!
I hadn't been to a gym in close to 20 years before joining JFL this year. I was nervous and a bit intimidated but my fears were unfounded. I love the friendly environment, the helpful staff and knowledgeable, but fun, instructors! An excellent fitness center for women of all ages with options for workouts for everyone at every stage in their health journey!
This is a great place to workout. People are all friendly and staff is inviting.
