The people are friendly. There's no pressure, just an invitation to work out at your own pace. There's a variety of ages, shapes and sizes, so it's not intimidating. A great place to feel better!
I love it here! Staff is so friendly and helpful! The classes seem intimidating but everyone is friendly and welcoming to help ease the nerves!
I love ALL of the office staff. I really really LOVE and appreciate ALL of the instructors. It is truly the BEST workout facility. �
