Inconsistent policies. Front desk Pam is terrible and needs customer relationship training. Treat each location as one. The perception is that you have two options but you don't. Better keep those treatments within 6 months of each other or you'll get charged again to confirm that cavity is still there. Ridiculous! knowing what i know now, I would only communicate with Charlotte in Wax or Angie in Ennis but the Dr.'s need to still help them get the policies straight and how they are going to run two locations with the same b... read more
