My issue is when I signed up I was completely misinformed about the energy plan. I asked the sales associate bottom line what the highest kWh I’d pay with the plan worst case scenario and was told $.008 per kWh, first bill says I’m paying $0.1209 per kWh which is way higher than my previous provider. I was also shown a physical example of bills in my area using my zip code and a 2000 kWh for something like $58. My energy bill last year same time was $173 compared to this one at $240.
