RecommendedWe found Just Dogs & Friends when we moved to Knoxville in 2008. We have been taking our dogs here ever since. Jeff, Andrew & staff are friendly, caring people. Our dogs actually like going to their doggy hotel, as I call it. Jeff & Andrew live on site, so they always know what is going on. If your looking for a kennel that is clean and has caring people to watch your fur/feathered babies, you couldn't do better than Just Dogs & Friends. I definitely recommend them!
Have known them for years. They are extremely responsible. I noticed the post where when going to pick up her dog a lady said her dog was dying from bloat. The owners of Just Dogs and Friends could have in no way avoided that. Our lovely Springer Spaniel .developed Bloat while at home for no obvious reason We had to rush her to ER where she underwent emergency surgery. She survived but was never quite the same and we had her for only 8 months. Its a serious thing .No one can foresee Bloat.
I had two dogs boarded for a week. upon arrival to pick them up, one of my dogs was dying from bloat. she passed away a few minutes later at the emergency vet.
Love them, they have been grooming my dogs monthly for nearly 10 years. Highly recommend
The staff at Just dogs and Friends are absolutely FABULOUS all around and especially with my female Shih-Tzu and make me feel right at home! Prices are great environment great customer service absolutely great and they are so knowledgeable about what they do! I put them to the test too cause I love to talk! Jeff is the best and so is his crew! He has taken care of my fur kids like they are his own! I will never use anyone else to take care of my boy Jib!
