My computer has been driving me crazy because it was having serious issues. I was ready to trash it but decided to take it to JUST COMPUTERS AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER here in Sheridan for an evaluation. I dealt with James, who delivered excellent customer service. He discovered that my hard drive was shot. After he worked his magic (at a very reasonable cost), my computer is operating at warp speed and better than I could have ever dreamed. Took my computer in since it wouldn't turn on and got a call later that everything may have been lost but they would try to save at least my pictures. Got a call later that day that it was ready to pick up & everything was recovered! How great is that!!! They then helped me out with getting a back up hard drive. Great customer service!
RAVE!!! A huge shout out and many thanks to James and "Just Computers". I posted Monday that the screen on my iPad was cracked and people recommended James at Just Computers. I dropped off my iPad this morning and it was done by 3 p.m. this afternoon! Looks fabulous, in perfect like new condition, love the new case and the cost was super reasonable.
