Bad service, bad business... – I hired this company for a Move Out cleaning of our apartment. They charged me $139 for a full cleaning but did not even fully vacuum the place, let alone clean the kitchen cabinets, or dust the ceiling fans among other things. When I complained they did offer to do another cleaning, however we had already moved out and new tenants had moved in and finished the cleaning themselves. THEY NEVER HAVE DISAPOINTED US! – We have been w/ Just Cleaning Co. for almost a year now, at first it was a monthly service, then turned into a Bi-weekly and now we have turned into a weekly cleaning. Its that Great! Fabulous Service! – I want cleaners to be detailed, thorough, and professional and have found good service providers a challenge to locate. No longer! I have used Just Cleaning for weekly cleanings for 2+ years now and couldn't live without them! The staff are friendly and professional and the cleaners are knowledgeable, reliable, detailed, and handle special requests with ease. They also stand by their work so if ever you need extra assistance, rest assured they'll take care of you!
Consistent and always do a great job – I have been using Just Cleaning on a Bi-Weekly basis for the past two years, and I have been very satisfied with the job that they do as well as their pricing. Our maid is great, and does an amazing job. She is very thorough, and even vacuums our couch. Their customer service is great as they always call me when they are on their way. I have been extremely happy with their service, and wouldn't change if you asked me. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a cleaning.
Best Job Ever – I used just cleaning for a Deep Cleaning before my new Years party!!!!!!! They did a outstanding job on my home! Just Cleaning is GREAT!!!!!!!! – I used Just cleaning to clean my house to move, they did a GREAT job. The eye for detail was great, they stuck to the list the provided for me, I was able to recive my whole depost back from my leasing company. Horrible customer service!! – This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. After giving me a quote to clean a large rental party house, they decided not to clean the location upon arrival. When I made the appointment, I had explained that it was a large house, and even gave them the square footage. I let then know the location needed to be clean by noon, for another party rental. Don't waste your time – If you are looking for a thorough cleaning by dependable professionals , then DO NOT go here! * VERY Unthorough * Unprofessional * Overpriced for the quality of work * They only send one person to clean the entire house, which makes for some sloppy cleaning at the end...or, maybe all the way through.
