Horrible. The manager, Andrew, said one thing on the phone and when I got there, tried to pull a fast one on me, twice. Flat out refused to honor his pricing on the phone, and wasted my time. I'll take my money elsewhere. Steer clear of this place
A year ago the store and regional management gave me standard brakes and told me they were premium. This was after the Kissimmee location botched the brakes and had the worst customer service. STAY AWAY! They don't care.
Possibly the worst mechanic service I've ever had. I was explicitly told, by two separate employees, that the brake service I was paying for was for all 4 tires, and there is no sign or piece of paper that I signed that said otherwise. It was supposed to take and hour, after more than two hours I realized that I had been misled, and there was ZERO effort to resolve the "misunderstanding."
