They were short-handed, but Jason made the experience smooth. He was very friendly and professional. Got in and out quickly for my oil change.
I went in thinking I had an oil leak because I just see drops under my car! I paid 150 dollars for them to diagnose the problem and give me a quote to fix the quote for the work was high. I decided to take my car for a second opinion to find out that pep boys didn’t even take my car apart to diagnose an oil leak, and it was my transmission that was leaking! Google maps shows they close at 7pm. I get it sometimes maps are wrong, I showed up at 5:25pm, but they said they couldn’t do an oil change because they close at 6pm.
