RecommendedIt was a pleasure meeting John and his team. They made time for us when we needed help during our roadtrip from Ontario, Canada to Nashville, Tn in our BMW 2002 from 1972. We needed a quick repair and Just BMW accommodated us right away with great hospitality and enormous knowledge about the O2 series. We are truly grateful and can 100 % reccomend Just BMW.
I have been driving Minis for 10 years. I have taken them to the Cincinnati Mini store, and other small repair shops. Absolutely no one has delivered the level of customer service as Just BMW. I highly recommend them to Mini and BMW owners. They certainly go above and beyond. Their prices are very fair, and I will never take my car anywhere else.
John the owner is warm thoughtful and caring. Colby is unbelievably patient, observant and helpful. Having Troy under my hood is a feeling of absolute calm, he knows exactly what he's doing and he does it fast. I love this place. I have to get a sensor replaced next week and I'm kind of looking forward to hanging out with these guys. The shop is clean organized and amazing. I have gone to Just BMW for my Mini Cooper S and have never been dissatisfied with their service. Not only do they have great customer service, their work is outstanding and I will continue to go to Just BMW for as long as I have my car.
