John and his staff are outstanding. They know their stuff and are no bull straight forward, honest and I have a high level of confidence that they will take care of what needs to be done and not recommend anything that's not needed. A great group that I will continue to bring my car to.
Excellent service and staff, cannot recommend them highly enough having dealt with shops taking care of two MGBs and too many VWs to list here, and in Germany and Italy - these guys know how to take care of people and cars.
Stay far away from this incompetent ,unprofessional business. I spent almost $3k and still having the same problems. Then on top of bring it back after only having my car for a week for the same problem. John wanted to charge me $150 for looking at his employees incompetent work. Please stay away from this so call BMW shop and I will see you in court.
Another great experience. Came in for some fluids before an event this weekend and they went above and beyond and find and fixed a noise that had been bothering me which was from the Corsa exhaust I had installed. Always professional knowledgeable and honest.
Went here for the first time after a close family friend strongly recommended them. Was not disappointed in the least, John and his team are the biggest BMW lovers you will ever meet and for half the cost of the dealership what’s not to love. My friend has been taking his bmw here for many years and I will be doing the same. Customer service- ***** Quality of work- ***** Value- ***** 5 stars all around
I've been taking my cars to JustBMW for 9 years. John and his team have always taken good care of me with fair prices for their services. The loaner vehicle service is amazing. Skip the dealership and visit JustBMW instead. Independent BMW shops are a big reason I'm in my 4th used BMW now.
John and his team are very friendly and easy to work with. I was able to stop by on short notice, get my M3 examined in detail and a fair quote was given for the repair service that is needed, plus we got it scheduled to be worked on later this week. I'll review the final work as well, but there is no doubt the customer service at Just BMW is already top notch!
John lacks common sense and is just rude.
