This was the worst experience. The service tech was rude and unprofessional. After telling the tech to leave my home- called the office and told them what happened. The manager would not get on the phone and the girl that answered the phone told me she was only there to answer phones and couldn't help me. She then took my number and said she would talk to her boss and never heard back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A BUSINESS THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.
I have a property in AZ where the AC stopped working earlier this month. After having issues with another AC company and the warranty company, Just Better saved the day! They were very responsive and worked to ease my stress by fixing the AC so quick. Christina was so patient with me and was always there to respond. Thanks again.
Today, we have an excessive heat warning and of course my AC unit stopped working!! AC Technician Roland and Justin were prompt & professional. Roland quickly diagnosed the problem...... and I was thrilled. So easily I could have been told it was something more expensive to repair, but luckily in this case it was a relatively simple repair. Thank you SO MUCH for your honesty.... I only wish there was a 10 star rating!! Highly recommend this company.
It was time for my yearly AC maintenance via my Home Warranty Co. For the past 5 years this service has been done by Sonoran Home Svcs, but because I waited so late in the year I was unable to get an appt with Sonoran and my Home Warranty company set my appt up with Just Better Air Conditioning & Heating.
