He had his mask on when I opened the door, ready to diagnose and fix my AC. He diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in the easiest way possible (since I don’t know nothing about AC). Absolutely stay away. They are a hack job. Replaced my evac coil on a 5 yr old trane and didn’t vacuum. Came back the next year for a restriction. Replaced the eev. Didn’t vacuum. Spent over a week with out A/C. They don’t know Trane units, they don’t carry vacuum machine for 410a systems. There are a ton of A/C companies in the valley. Don’t use them. On a Friday at 3pm they quit working left me and my family with one on the way with no A/c. When asked why? They reply I have other appointments in queen creek and it’s a seco... read more

Yes we do have recovery and vacuum pumps on our heavy service trucks, and they work with all types of refrigerant, including R410a, and your system was pulled down to the recommended microns the factory recommends. As a home warranty customer, there is a process to go through, that you had bypassed and went outside of network because you could not wait for the home warranty process. I am used to getting scammed and taken advantage of by most of the contractors that seem to be aligned with the home warranty company we have had for the last four years. Jordan, the technician with Just Better Air Conditioning, is a glaring exception to that normal rule. They were very thorough and made sure everything was working correctly, running the ac long enough to find the problems and then fixed it. I thought sure it was going to be much worse than it turned out.
They were on time for the appointment and Jordan called ahead of time. He went right to work on assessing the problem, discovered initial problem and fixed that. He assessed what may have caused the problem, found the issue and fixed that. Blown low voltage fuse caused by a short in the stat, problem resolved. Completed work within 1hour and cleaned up. Great person technician to work with. Thank you
