A/C went out on Friday night with guests in the house. Parker and Sons who we have a contract with told us nothing until Monday morning. Umm it was 110 degrees Friday night! Called Just Air and they were very nice and accommodating on the phone and had a tech at our house 2 hours later. Got the A/C working in 10 minutes. Bye bye Parker and Sons!
Keeping your word is important. Just Air said they were coming when we had no cooling in 114 degree weather. They worked hard in the heat of the night to restore cooling , and followed up on the way home to make sure we are good. That's what I'm talking about.
Just Air is friendly and very courteous. Their emergency service is A+ Service man was here within 2 hours. He was informative and polite. Very quick In doing the repair. Would definitely call Just Air for my next AC repair and service.
