I had good things to say about this place initially but I’m not happy with this barbershop at all. One of the barbers named Bryan canceled my appointment and then try to refer to me another barber just because I asked if I could pay $35 for a kids instead of $50. I will not be coming back to this shop. Trynna charge someone $50 to cut a 8 year olds hair when the cuts only last 1 week with a pound of enhancement is crazy to me.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service my son and I received at your barber shop today. We came in excited for the start of the school year, and I brought a clear picture of the hairstyle my son wanted. Before the haircut, I specifically asked whether that style would work with his hair type, and was assured that it would. My son was truly excited for his new look. First time in and I had Erwin. Did a fantastic job and I had some very specific issues to fix that other places haven't been able to fix or comprehend what I was asking for. He did extremely well and was very personable with me even as a first time customer. I will be returning for my next cut.
