I love Just 4 Kids so much. I prefer them over my regular pediatrician. They care about the kids so much. my son love going there. When ever we pass by he gets sad because we aren't stopping. They listen to the parents and address concerns wonderfully. My only 2 complaints are I wish they were open later.. I know 10pm is late but when you have a 4yo crying at 1:30am because his ears hurts bad, your only option is the ER. They don't care as much as J4K. I also wish you had a west side location. First of all I have to say Dr. Gardner and everyone on his team totally exceeded our expectations. My 7year old daughter was seen at there office this weekend for smashing her poor finger in the car door so we took her in to make sure there was no serious injury and also my daughter is deaf and uses sign language so we were so excited to see some of the nurses useing sign with her than Dr. Gardner came in totally fluent and even more fluent in ASL than any of us so I can’t express how much it made her and our day especially ... read more
Great first impression! this is place is clean, which is super important. Every person that was working smiled or said hello. And raved about how cute my daughter is. Then one nurse helped me out by opening doors. which with a car seat is such a big help. You guys changed my view of urgent care. everywhere else in town should take a lesson from you guys.
I took my child in over the weekend and loved this place, the staff, nurses and doctor are so amazing. They all made my child feel comfortable she loved it so much she keeps saying she doesn't feel good just so I can take her in again lol. Definitely recommend this place.
I had to visit 3 times in a 24-hour period and I gotta say, the staff was awesome! They were soooo good to my little family and I would highly recommend them. Nothing but good reviews for these guys!
What an amazing experience. We came in with a sick baby and left with a laughing baby. Nurse Stacey made our 3 month old laugh out loud for the first time. We came in 15 minutes before closing and every single person we encountered was very nice and friendly and made us feel so much better. Way to go Just 4 Kids Urgent Care.
I seriously can't say enough about this place. The staff and doctors are amazing! They are so thoughtful, patient and sweet. This is by far the BEST place in South East Idaho! I highly recommend you try it.
Perfect service. Colette and staff were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I’m a bit edgy on anything medical after my nephew’s passing this spring. I’m sure I came off as ultra paranoid and distrusting. Still, whenever I had new questions or challenged their conclusion, Colette and staff revisited my exam room with enthusiasm and worked with me to alleviate my concerns.
