They canceled due to the hysteria. Refused to give refunds to anyone just look you will find it.

Business response:

Dear Josh: Due to company policy, regretfully we cannot refund prepaid tickets. This is posted at point of purchase, and we do apologize for the inconvenience. The event is not cancelled, it is postponed and the tickets you have purchased will be valid for the new date, which we will announce here as soon as we have confirmed with the venue. Once we have confirmed dates, we will post to our Facebook page and website event page, as well as send out an email to all ticket holders.

I wish their refund policy would get hit by a giant meteor, it deserves to be extinct.

It’s a total rip off. Purchased VIP for my child... no vip activities. 20 minutes is all you need for this exhibit. Most kids walked around very disappointed

Enjoyed Jurassic Quest at Bristol Motor Speedway with our family. Our kids are ages 6-22 and we all enjoyed it! My suggestion is to go early so you can look at all of the exhibits. So many things to see and do, it’s hard to get it all in.

I’m recommending simply because it MIGHT be worth going to at least once just to see. I do think it is overpriced. We also paid for the wristband that had unlimited rides (there were technically only three “rides”). Our kids are 6 and 8 and I feel they were to big to enjoy the rides there. Also advertised as over 100 life sized dinosaurs? Not even close. I was actually excited to see Jurassic Quest finally coming to our area but sadly was disappointed.
