Me and my family purchased tickets for this Saturday, my husband works in the oil field and I work in nursing, we can’t take off just whenever we want. I’m very upset that due to the circumstances a full refund was not offered.

The event I bought tickets to was cancelled and have still not been able to actually get in contact with anyone in order to get a refund.

My family and I have had our tickets purchased for a while now and due to the corona virus, we will not be getting a refund. It’s ridiculous how you all can’t refund the money we paid for OUR tickets when it is now canceled. Give us our money back.

While our federal and local government implemented the Coronavirus Pandemic they cancelled or postponed the show in Cincinnati Ohio. We were once told that if event was cancelled that we would have the option of a refund or the chance to keep our tickets that were purchased in advance. When the show was cancelled they decided to not issue refunds they are only granting guaranteed tickets to a show. Very unprofessional and unethical. I will never do business with this company nor will I ever recommend an event to anyone else.... read more

They are cancelling the event in OKC BUT REFUSING to provide refunds under the rule that they are just postponing it. I don't care if they are rescheduling i want my refund so I can decide if those dates will work for me at a later date.

Canceled the event due to the coronavirus and won’t issue a refund. We go every year but don’t think we’ll be back due to terrible customer service. We paid over $100 for all of our tickets. This is a lot of money for someone to not get a refund on. They claim its a “rescheduled” event. But some people may not be able to attend the new date therefore we want our money back.

Would NOT refund admission after the cancellation of the exhibit in Cincinnati. When I asked for my refund, they said that since it is “postponed indefinitely” it is not cancelled. I am out $100 and no exhibit. Cannot provide a new date? The exhibit should be considered cancelled. Especially since I chose a specific date that would work for my family. Hi Evan. Jurassic Quest never cancelled the Cincinnati event. The venue website incorrectly posted that the event was cancelled. We are currently working closely with the venue to secure new dates for the show and will post them to our website and Facebook page. What a rip off. Cancelled event and won’t refund tickets although GROUPON IS REFUNDING TICKETS!!!! Terrible rip off company
