I bought tickets for my whole family to attend on Mothers Day in Calgary. all events of this nature are cancelled in our province for quite some time. I've asked for a refund and they keep saying my tickets will be valid when they are able to rebook for a date they cant even provide! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!
Business response:
Hi Katrina. I’m very sorry, but we cannot issue refunds until the new dates have been announced. We will be announcing the rescheduled dates for our Calgary event very soon, and then you can reach back out to us to receive a refund. Once we announce the new dates, we will send out an email to all ticket holders with the rescheduled dates and information on how to receive a refund.
For reasons beyond anyone's control their show in Colorado Springs, Colorado was rescheduled a few times. I have requested my money back. After several emails back and forth, I finally got one saying my money was refunded. It has NOT been put back into my account. It has been more than 10 days and I am not getting any response from Customer Service. I feel like they are purposefully ignoring me in hope's I will go away and forget the almost $50 I spent on tickets. I can definitely guarantee I will never even consider buying ... read more
Business response:
Hi Connie. If you have not received your money back into your account, then you will need to contact your bank to approve the chargeback. I see your order in our system and it has been refunded on our end.
Their customer service is terrible! When they cancel events they won’t issue refunds when customers ask even though this is their policy. They are rude and unwilling to work around their “policies,” and make continual excuses to not issue refunds. 🤬
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback. We are issuing full refunds for our two events that we had to cancel (Stockton and Edison). If you have tickets to either of those shows, please let us know and we will make sure your tickets are refunded. If you have tickets to one of our postponed events, please know that we are currently working with venues to reschedule those dates. Once the rescheduled dates are announced, if you cannot attend those dates, we will refund your tickets.
The could issue refunds to customers immediately when they cancel and event (Excuse me, indefinitely "postpone" so they don't have to use the cancel word). Took me over a month to get a refund on my prepaid tickets. I for one will never do business here again, which is sad because my son loves dinosaurs and this looked like it might've been fun.
Yes come to the Jurassic quest my name timwest
They postponed an event and it is TBD. The people I purchased the tickets for live out of state. I realize the Corona Virus is causing issues but now the ticket company is refusing to refund my money. I will have zero use for the tickets now and basically am being told I’m out $154 dollars (also a ridiculous cost). I’m needing to speak with a rep from JQ and hopefully can get a refund. Please do not be rotten and greedy and dent refunds. We are all in this together and telling customers “oh well” or promising a TBD date is n... read more

Hi Doug. We have recently made updates to our refund policy and are happy to give you a refund once we announce the new rescheduled dates for our shows. We understand that many people are in similar situations and because of this, we are allowing refunds for postponed events once we announce the new dates. If you cannot make the new dates once announced, we will then issue refunds. We are releasing the new dates in the upcoming weeks, so please keep an eye out for an email when we release your city's rescheduled dates. Once ... read more
Event canceled by the Govenor of OH due to the virus therefore we are due a refund. canceled was posted everywhere until we all demanded our money back then they changed everything to postponed. Scammers.
They can do the decent thing and issue refunds for their Cincinnati event that was canceled by mandate of the GOVERNOR and quit trying to to rip people off by claiming that it's been 'postponed'. It was CANCELED. PERIOD. Issue refunds to people so that they may be willing to attend if you ever do reschedule it. This is RIDICULOUS!
They cancelled the event due to the virus outbreak and are absolutely impossible to get ahold of. They do not refund, even though they were the ones to cancel the event. I sat on hold for over 45 minutes yesterday and today the organization is closed all together. Very disappointing. Strongly recommend not ordering tickets for this place because you will never get ahold of them! Terrible service.
