I came to this office Dr. Dürer is one time five years ago. His office it’s OK, employees are kind. Dr. Jura is The most unprofessional person I’ve come across. On top of the experience itself, their billing system is insane. I paid the day I came in for the first and only visit. They ran through my insurance eventually… Which should’ve paid for the entire amount. They have now hired an outside company to collect past due bills. Horrible doctor
Spends appropriate amount of time to address problems. Does not rush you through appointment. Explains issues thoroughly in a way you can understand. Looks a whole health picture, not just one area. Diligent in explaining medications, possible side effects, interactions. Explains options for treatment. The only drawback is that you often have to spend time in the waiting room beyond your appointment time, but that is a small price to pay for excellent care.
A Dr. who truly cares. Takes the time to listen as well as explaining things in an easy way to understand. His nurse Christy has went above and beyond to get my family the help they need. Thank you for all you both have done!
