This is the NEW Jupiter's, not the original "Jupiter's Downtown" on Main St. Same ownership. Please note people have been confusing the two and posting reviews for both on the single listing you have! Please split them and add the Village Green Pl. location. THANKS!

First, they had no record of our reservation. Then it took a half hour for my drink to come. Food was equally slow; one person in our party never got her pizza- after two hours.
Went for a birthday party for a friend. Setup was fine and the pre pizza food was good. As far as the pizza , I have to say some of the worst I have ever had. Over cooked, not cut,no cheese,on sauce, dry, tasteless. I have a pizza place of my own and I am a pizza lover in general. Not knocking someone else's product but it was just bad.
Great private event space downstairs. The service level was great - Jessica was great to work with and very prompt. It made it a night that our friends wont forget. #FlyTheW
Went there for a birthday lunch. Pizza was the worst. Way over baked. Asked waitress, Megan(who was very rude)about it being almost burnt, she had the nerve to say it looked fine to her. Asked to speak to a manager. Manager was not there. Someone came over to talk to us. I had already seen him talking to her after we asked for the manager. He actually had the guts to tell us the pizza looked fine. He, I believe, was only a waiter. We will probably never go there again. Megan was so rude, she got what she deserved, NO TIP.
Not a good visit. Ordered a Caesar salad it consisted of iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and shredded cheese. I thought it was made with romaine and croutons! The side salad I did order had wilted and brown iceberg lettuce. The pizza was cold. It was a to go order but I only live 1.6 miles from the place and I was told it would be 30 minutes I was there and waiting!
Excellent!! Ethan was a great waiter and the food was really good!!! I love there wings!!
So we just had a Family birthday party for our 2 young grandkids and we have never had such horrible service anywhere ever we will never go back!!!!!
