Management needs some serious training on how to treat customers, absolutely ridiculous to yell at a patron.
Food took over an hour to get. Server never checked back. All of the ticket counting machines were broken so after $40 in we couldn't even cash in out tickets for -a $0.01 prize. Not planning on returning Any time soon.
Worst customer service. Was told it would be a 45 minute wait then said things were moving faster because of a cancellation. Waited and waited and no call to the table. I went to the hostess center and asked if we were getting close to getting called and she stated that they had crossed out our party and passed us up. They were very unapologetic and told us they didn't know when we could be seated.
Always a great family time to be had here. Good pizza and drinks, and some fun games.
Awesome place! Great games for adults and children! Reasonably priced pizzas as well! Call them to book big party's and they will hook it up for you!
