1. The games kept breaking down. 2. I reserved from 3-5pm, but the servers were taking newly slices of cake from out in front of the kids at the party at 4:45pm. They need to have better time management and better customer service!!!
Friendly staff and fun time for my friends and I! Would definitely go back!!
Slow service. The grinders came later than most of the other food. One pizza never arrived after 2 hours. The salad was really sad. The bar was backed up as well. If you are going to have this huge of a facility, have the staff to keep things running smoothly.
