This hip little restaurant and brewpub has taken post-modernism to the extreme by adopting an original, if not heretical, approach to its décor. Inside you will find pews, fixtures, and other bits and pieces from a local Berkeley church. But sit back, relax, and enjoy one of its three dozen beers on tap, and nibble on gourmet sandwiches like roast chicken, and mozzarella and basil, as well as freshly baked pizzas. Local bands are featured on Thursday through Saturday nights.

Best beer, salad, pizza joint in Berkeley. From their house brewed beer to their amazing guest list of brews this place is amazing. Been coming here for 15 years and I've never been disappointed. Have a Quasar, you won't regret it. Cheers!
Good house and guest beer selection. Clean and flavorful draughts. Didn't try the food. Small bar but it has stools. Very koud kitchen noise. Bartended wants to hold credit cards for open tabs. Cold inside when it's could outside. No heat? Good service at the bar. Very crowded at night.
Was here on a busy Saturday night. We were sat right away and the service by Katy was impeccable. I am a restaurant owner and know what i speak! Her knowledge of the beers and food we spot on.The Pizzas and the Riblets were very good and of course the beer selection both the ones brewed their and all the guest beers is great.
Our sever (Kyle) & everyone else working was amazing. It's been years since I was last at Jupiter & I was so happy to see that it is still amazing. One of my favorite spots in the bay area!

Great food, ambiance and beer! I'd call that a trifecta.
Nice atmosphere, good selection of beers, food is okay. We got two pizzas and they weren't anything special (potato one & bbq chicken). They also charged a dollar for each sauce we asked for. I'd maybe go back when there's a live band performing, but just for drinks.
It took an hour and a half for our pizza to arrive but they comped our beer.
