Pros: -nice -was thoughtful and took his time until he got busy when another customer came in Cons: -half an hour late showing up -wouldn't tell me the price for a color and cut beforehand even though I asked a couple of times, he just kept telling me not to worry because he will give me a good deal for waiting (it ended up being $140 for a root touch up and a cut) -root touch up was somewhat lighter than my hair color -haircut was originally disappointing but it was ok after I asked for adjustments.
