Consistency is key when finding a great hair stylist, and Alexia has always delivered exceptional results. The staff are eager to please, and their new location is a joy to visit. My wife and I couldn't be happier. 👍
I've been to this salon several times and the girls do great work. I would appreciate a thought though to your policy when the stylist cancels. I realize life happens on both sides, but is there some way you can ask another colleague to cover the appt that was approved? We have to cancel 24 hrs in advance but they can cancel withing an hour? We've had this happen 2 times and these appts are made in advance and we arrange our schedule so we can be on time. Please consider a change. Thank you!
