I booked a bunch of tours at different properties around Northwest Hills and Juniper Springs was the only one that completely stood me up. Office was closed. I called and spoke with someone from their management company who also couldn't locate the on-site property management. What a joke.

Complex is catfishing people. There is no putting green!! It's a cement slab now 🤦 They advertise as a gated community but the front gate is broken & doesn't close! 😳 It's been over a year Using the Community Clubhouse costs Hundreds of $$$!!

The front gate has been broken for almost a year and they don't have a plan to fix it. But they still advertise that it's a gated community to new people. There's a community herb garden but the office doesn't take care of it, they just plant new plants every spring to make it look nice for new people and then don't maintain it until the herbs die When I moved in, the complex had a single owner, who had owned it since its creation in the 70s. I've now lived at this apartment complex for over 5 months. Being from out of state, where you live is a big deal! And how your complex is serviced, with responsive and kind folks, makes a difference as do friendly and kind neighbors. Kelly and Ashley at the leasing office have always been both kind, helpful, and patient in answering and responding to any of our household requests.
