As a tenant of many years, I have worked with 10 of your maintenance employees and Wan has shown superlative skills of his craft. Recently I had a heater problems, Wan came to my apartment and unscrewed the multitude of nuts and bolts to take the heater to be repair, I never heard nuts and bolts fall to the floor or bad language. The multitudes of petit nuts and bolts that I saw was amazing that he did not lose one. He took out the heater and repaired it and returned it within 2 hours. HIS IS THE BEST!!!.
