Juniors took great care of us when we discovered a nail in our tire while traveling from Leland to Saint Helen. Friendliest guys I have ever met. Thanks for saving us from disaster!
RecommendedWhile traveling Upnorth today we discovered we had a nail in our front tire. We are staying in St Helen so we were quite always from home. Thank god for our GPS that led us to Juniors. 2 young men greeted us outside took the car immediately into to garage. Thankfully they were able to do a inside patch and within 15 minutes had us on our way. Thank you Mike and guys for the great and quick service. Great place
I have been to Junior's 3 times since I have moved to Traverse City. Every visit was welcomed by a really friendly staff and they have went above and beyond each time, right down to getting me in at 7:30 am when they open at 8:00 am because they knew I had to work.. I bet $100, that Belle Tire would never do that. I would not go anywhere else for any service they supply....

No wonder they have a 5 star rating. I took my sons dirt bike tire in and had a new tube put in it. They had it done in no time. When I walked in there was a few customers in front of me but the man behind the counter made sure to say hello and that he would be right with me. Customers service was amazing. Juniors is amazing. I feel so good every time I go there. They can always fit me in within a day or two, or an hour or two. Their communication is kind, clear, and efficient. No extra frills, just exactly what you go there for: good tires at a good price. I am always treated well, they remember me, they suggest good tires for my vehicle. Visiting Juniors brings extra joy to my day, and that's the truth.
