While on vacation to Traverse City, I developed a tire leak. Juniors Tire removed a nail and repaired the leak. The staff was very friendly and fit me in without an appointment. They did good work at a fair price and were done quickly. I would recommend Juniors to anyone in a similar situation.

Story time! Caught a screw last week, flattened the drivers side left tire. We had the car towed to a tire shop that shall remain nameless (let’s just call them DT for the remainder of this review) because it was closer. After waiting for the better part of an hour, the tech told us the inside of the tire was shredded and we needed a new one. Hello. Your staff is friendly and your prices reasonable. Whenever I can I want to support local business. But I can't spend any more of my money with you because you do not respect the health and safety of myself, other customers, or your staff. I was there this week and the person running the register was not wearing a mask. Nor was anyone else in your business and you didn't require your customers to either, despite the executive order. The customer service was second to none. Every single staff member was kind, attentive and a wealth of knowledge. I will definitely be back! Bonus was that my winter to summer tire change out was ONLY $20. Awesome!
