Ordered hood week and half goes by they said they would upgrade me to better hood no extra cost and ship do then another week goes by they still didn't ship hood they lied and held me off till they got hood in i ordered then I get it and body shop spent 4 hours repairing what they did and more material cost so I called them and they said that's pretty normal. I won't ever buy or recommend them to any one ever again waist of$1400
This business purchased a used car part from me on eBay, claimed the part didn't work, and returned a different item that had a completely different part number on it. They took the item I sold them and returned their defective/broken item. Apparently they need to steal parts for their inventory. I would avoid this business.
Not sure if this will add a new review or delete my previous one, but in response to the reply I got from Jr Auto, the only thing justified was that they did not charge me anything as they mentioned, that's correct. But I did leave this place with new issues on my vehicle, there was never no engine damage to my vehicle, it was all a turbo issue. Yet now theyre claiming I had engine issues. Have to give a 1 star just to leave a review otherwise id give a no star. First of all, they seem like cool people when you get there, dont get me wrong. Maybe they are, maybe only half of them. Unfortunately the guy the took care of my car, "claimed" he was a mechanic and tech that worked at Volkswagen before. I trusted him to look into my vehicle to fix it, and all I got was "I'm 95% sure it will be this sensor", next thing you know, its another thing it wasn't the sensor, we went on about 3 or 4 times until they admitted ... read more
