Jungo has been amazing and the support is even better. Lauren G. is by far one of the best support staff there.
Veronica helped me set up some automated emails. I have been using Jungo for a while but this was my first experience with Jungo's Professional Services. Veronica was thorough and very patient with me and she did a great job!
Excellent customer service on the side of Lauren. She spent quite a bit of time with me on List Views and Reports and provided valuable guidance and insight on how to best use those. Very appreciate of her time spent with me.
Canceling with jungo has been extremely complicated. They charge an initiation fee and require a one-year contract, which is not the case with other CRM's. No I's stock paying for the entire year, and it just does't feel fair. Also is extremely difficult to get InTouch with them- not for the sales option, once you sign up good luck.
We've been using Jungo for 15 years. We love the platform and Jon-Michael is a pleasure to work with as he is responsive and resolves any request quickly.
