Jungo is a powerful program. The basic utilities are simple to use. However, to take advantage of its full capabilities, it makes its functionalities more practical and efficient by getting a computer person to handle it for the busy offices.
I can’t say enough great things about working with Veronica Calvert on the Jungo support team. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. Every time I reach out with a question or issue, she responds quickly and takes the time to thoroughly explain solutions in a way that makes sense — even when the tech gets complicated!
